Gather in this place where doing your best means taking care of yourself, while also raising and caring for your children. This is a community of real parents sharing manageable tools that supports everyone in growing.

It’s a common practice to leave our own human development in the dust when we become parents. Becoming a parent is not the pinnacle or endpoint of adulthood. Creating an endpoint to our own discovery often leads to the feeling of unfulfillment with drastic choices made out of desperation instead of natural progression of growth.

This is the place where we simultaneously teach ourselves this practice, while modeling it for our children to know first-hand.

Caring for yourself is not “self-care” as we’ve come to define it in our trending society. Caring for yourself is understanding how to meet your own needs or sufficiently get the support you need to do that. Caring for yourself is how we do something as major as healing our trauma to as simple as getting our sh*t organized. Caring for yourself makes you a better parent, but let me help you with some ways to get the most of this time you have with your kids. Your goal isn’t to be perfect, it’s to be happy.
